At Azalea Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you may return most items within 24 hours for orders within Doha, or within 7 days for international orders, to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Eligible Items:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original packaging and tags must be intact.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
Return Process:
- Contact us through our Contact Page to initiate the return and obtain a return authorization number.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization number is clearly marked.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund within 4-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, or an error was made in your order.
